ESOL- English language courses are provided in libraries. Please find information on the left menu under “related documents”.  There are also some new English Language Classes being held at the Gleed Girls School in Spalding - please see our latest news items for more information.

At Spalding Library, Victoria Street, Spalding, PE11 1EA
Every 1st Wednesday of each month, 7 - 9pm
(6 August, 3 September, 1 October and so on)

Let’s meet and learn another language!! Would you like to learn some phrases in Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, Portuguese, English and other languages? It will be a great opportunity to share/ exchange language knowledge. The best way of learning another language is by speaking it.

 
Community Lincs “Building Bridges” project and Lincolnshire County Council's Community Engagement Team are inviting everyone to come along and join us for a chat over the cup of tea in a friendly atmosphere with fun games.
Meetings are going to be held at Spalding Library from 7pm until 8pm, every 1st Wednesday of each month starting from 6th August 2008.
After each meeting you can stay for an hour and use library’s internet facilities.
Also available: free English for Speakers of Other languages (ESOL) at Gleeds Girls’ Technology College.
