Below you can listen to a number of podcasts produced by the Regional Language Network as a project developed through the Dynamics of Migrant Labour project funded through Lincolnshire Enterprise and East Midlands Development Agency.  Here is a brief explanation of what the podcasts contain:

Welcome to South Holland Podcasts
These podcasts are for migrant workers containing information in their own language containing essential information, tips and interviews with other migrant workers, to help workers settle into the workforce and community in South Holland.  They are available in Russian, Polish, Portuguese and Lithuanian.

Talk the Talk Podcasts
These podcasts are for migrant workers and contain essential words and phrases typical for workplace scenarios.

Communication
These podcasts are for managers and supervisors and contain basic phrases in Russian, Polish Portuguese and Lithuanian.  They also provide an overview of history, culture and people of migrant workers' country of origin.  There are also useful tips and a practical to communicate effectively with a multilingual, multicultural team.  Organisations and agencies working with migrant workers may also find this podcast a valuable resource.
